Live worm shipments are weather-sensitive and may occasionally be delayed to protect worm health during extreme temperatures.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and promptly retrieving delivered packages.

We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on qualifying shipments. To request replacement consideration for a dead-on-arrival shipment, customers must contact us within 2 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence.

We are not responsible for losses caused by:

• Carrier delays outside our control
• Exposure to extreme temperatures after delivery
